Polytec customer service is capable of processing your purchase orders by either phone, email or through EDI transmissions. Payments for chemicals can be made through purchase orders or by credit cards.
Polytec chemical programs are custom designed for each customer location. Our highly trained sales force is capable of running extensive jar test evaluations on your process to select the most effective chemical program. Once the jar testing has been conducted, an actual trial should be conducted over a 24 hour period to evaluate the product selected.
Polytec has a well trained and skilled manufacturing department that builds custom chemical feed and control equipment. The products that we build are fully warranteed and come with a performance guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the equipment, Polytec will refund your money.
